Learn how to make कांद्याच्या पातीची सुकी भाजी - Kandyachya Patichi Bhaji with our chef Archana Arte.<br /><br />आज अर्चना ताई यांच्यासोबत शिका चवदार कांद्याच्या पातीची सुकी भाजी .<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />(Serves 2)<br />- 3 tbsp Oil<br />- 3-4 Garlic Cloves(chopped)<br />- Spring Onions(chopped)<br />- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder <br />- Salt<br />- Spring Onion Leaves(chopped)<br />- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder<br />- Coriander Leaves(chopped)<br />- 2 tbsp Gram Flour<br />- Water<br />- 1/4 cup coconut(grated)<br /><br />Method:<br />1. Turn on the flame, and in a medium-sized pan take oil, and let it heat<br />2. Now, add chopped garlic cloves, chopped spring onions, turmeric powder, salt and saute it<br />3. Once the onion becomes soft, add spring onion to it, followed with 1 tsp red chilli powder, some chopped coriander leaves and saute it again<br />4. Now, add gram flour & some water<br />5. Mix it and cover it for around 5 minutes <br />6. Once it is cooked, turn off the flame and add grated coconut <br />7. Mix it and serve it hot
